Baruffaldi technology continues to make ground with the realization of three new machines which broaden the range of cutting units for PVC and foam PVC panels, assembly machines for aluminium roller shutters and punching macines for technical profiles.

The new in-line slitters use state of the art technology for longitudinal or transversal cutting of  PVC and foam PVC panels.

The Cap Inserter for roller shutters are automatic machines for assembling roller shutter profiles off line. One Cap Inserter, based on our traditional Combiroll machine, is currently on view at the R+T trade fair in Stuttgard, Germany from 28 February to 3 March.

The versatile Rotary Punching Machines are compact machines that can be use off line or in-line (even on existing lines). They can punch extruded profiles at speed of up to 30 m/min. Set up and format changeover are quick and easy.
